This is Reaseheath College's Online Application Form.

This online application form allows you to save your progress temporarily and return at a later date,

(up to 3 days) to finish the form.

When you save your progress, the information you have provided will be stored temporarily on a server and assigned
a unique key, which you will need to allow you to retrieve your details and complete the form at a later date.

Only when you agree to the terms and conditions will your application be complete.

Once completed, you will be unable to change any of your details until the enrolment day.

If you have returned to complete your application, click on the 'Finish My Application' button.
